Rules And Regulations
Conduct and Discipline
- Student must abide by the rules of Institution.
- Students should attend the school in neat and clean uniform.
- They should be regular and punctual in attending the assembly.
- After the assembly they should march silently to their respective classrooms. No student shall enter or leave the class after the commencement without the permission of the concerned teacher.
- Student should keep silence in the classroom and obey the leaders in the absence of teachers.
- Loitering outside the classrooms during working hours is strictly prohibited.
- Students are expected to keep their classrooms and school premises neat and tidy.
- Any damages caused to the school property by the students is to be made good by them. They are liable to the penalized.
- Students should attend the class in the specified time. The main gate will be closed at 9:15 am. Late comers will not be allowed inside. They should report with their parents on the next day.
- Students with 100% attendance will be suitably rewarded.
- Irregular attendance, truancy, insubordination to teachers, utter neglect of studies, indifference to school work, indecent behavior, etc. are sufficient reason for suspension or dismissal of a student.
- Students are advised not to bring costly article like ornaments to school. They alone are responsible for the safe custody of their belongings.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the campus. If found carrying by any student, the same will be confiscated by the school authority.
- Medium of instruction being English, students must speak in English in the school premises during working hours so as to improve their language ability.
- No student shall remain in the school after the working hours unless it is authorized by the class teacher/P.E. teacher.
Examinations And Tests
- Attendance is compulsory for the Tests and Examinations.
- Progress reports will be issued after Formative and Summative Assessment. Parents may scrutinize, sign and return the progress report within three days. However, parents/guardians are requested to collect the progress report for the Mid Term Examination personally from the concerned class teachers.
- Promotion once decided by the school are final.
Leave or Absence
- Leave or absence from school is to be recorded in the diary showing the reasons and the number of days of leave with parent’s signature. Students will not be admitted to the class unless they produce this record along with a leave letter.
- In case of longer leave on medical grounds or on any other reasons, leave application should be submitted to the Head of the Institution. Leave application on medical grounds is to be supported by proper medical certificate from District Medical Officer.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals of students are permitted on written request of the parent addressed to the Head of the Institution.
- Transfer Certificate will be given after 3 days on receipt of such written request.
- All the outstanding dues have to be cleared before applying for a Transfer Certificate or Conduct Certificate.
Note to Parents and Guardians
- Co-operation of the parents/guardians is indispensable for the proper education of children.
- Parents/Guardians should ensure that the students are regular and punctual in attending classes with proper uniform.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to supervise their children/wards do their assignments regularly.
- Parents/Guardians may consult the Head of Institution, at least once in a term regarding the attendance, progress in studies and conduct of their children/ward.
- School visiting time: 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm (Mon. – Fri.)
- Parents/Guardians are not allowed to enter classrooms/meet class teachers without the permission of the HM.
- No Entry or Parking in the school premises will be allowed during morning drop and evening pickups.
